Rob lives in Tumwater, Washington with his wife and three kids. He is the Lead Pastor of South Sound Church and continues public speaking and working with teens and young adults.

Chris lives in Lacey, Washington. He has spent 14 years serving our country in the U.S. Army and is currently an Army Reservist working in public affairs. Chris also serves as a Younglife volunteer leader for Tumwater High School.

Shailee lives in Lacey, Washington and is also a professional wedding photographer. She joined ADM team in the fall of 2021.

Ann lives in Tacoma, Washington. She joined our team in April and moved to full-time in October of 2022. In her free time, Ann enjoys hiking and trying new coffee shops. She also serves as a youth leader and worship leader.

Kathy is Olympia-born and Tacoma-raised. She's been with ADM since April 2023. Kathy enjoys being a content creator and the creativity it allows. She also enjoys traveling and trying new foods!

Jordan recently moved back to his hometown of Renton, Washington from Santa Cruz, California. Jordan enjoys playing rugby in his spare time. He joined the ADM team in the fall of 2021.

Adam lives in Lacey, Washington with his wife and daughters. He enjoys playing guitar, bass, keys, and drums, and loves a good board game with friends. He joined the ADM team in May of 2022.

Lyndsey lives in Kirkland, Washington with her husband. She also works as a financial aid advisor at a local university. She enjoys playing video games and doing puzzles in her spare time. She joined the Aletheia team in January 2024.

Larry lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife. Larry is a certified scuba instructor and loves visiting Disney Land multiple times per year. He joined the ADM team fall of 2021.

Brandon is a talented videographer who joined the ADM team in the fall of 2022. He lives in Olympia, WA with his wife. With a passion for storytelling, he brings a creative eye and a wealth of technical expertise to every project. Brandon loves filmmaking and has honed his skills over the years through hands-on experience.

Lucas lives in Lacey, Washington and is the technical director at his church. In Lucas' free time he enjoys being outdoors and playing sports. He joined the ADM team in 2021.

Charlie lives in Olympia, Washington and works for South Sound Church as well. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys board games, history, and cooking. He has degrees in both drama and business. Charlie joined the ADM team in October of 2022.
